BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO 2002 - Cantina Camigliano
Brunello di Montalcino is a red Italian wine produced in the vineyards surrounding the town of Montalicno located about 70 miles southwest of Florence in the Tuscany wine region.
In 1980, the Brunello di Montalcino today is one of Italy's best-known and most expensive wines.
  • Colour: intense ruby red tending towards garnet as it ages
  • Odour: characteristic intense perfume
  • Taste: dry, warm, lightly tannic, robust and harmonious
  • Ready to be sold: 5 years after the year of the harvest (6 years for the Riserva)

    BAROLO 2001 - Vigna Rionda - Cantina Oddero
    Barolo is produced south-west of Alba (Piemonte), in a region with rolling hills, is a wine with singular and precious characteristics that are determined by the complex geological profile of the area.
    Today Barolo is the most esteemed Italian denomination.
  • Colour: garnet red with orange highlights
  • Bouquet: intense, exceptionally complex, clear notes of violet, goudron, vanilla
  • Falvour: ample, warm and caressing, lingering
  • Serving temperature: 18-20° C

    AMARONE 2005 - Cantina Zenato-
    Amarone della Valpollicella: this wine is of limited production, obtained from selected grapes grown in the Valpollicella Classica area and left to dry on frames. It is a dry and generous wine, with intense aroma and a harmonius, soft flavour.
  • Bouquet: ripe fruit, black cherry and raspberry jam
  • Alcohol: provided the minimum alcohol content is 14 º. But for the most full-bodied can reach 16 º.
  • Ageing: 10 to 15 years, would depend on the quality of the year of production.
  • Serving temperature: 18-20° C
