The e-commerce is direct or on the manufacturer's behalf; tour package sales offered and dealt directly by travel agencies or tour operators, Parmaitaly only offers technological/computer support. Parmashop displays its web pages in Italian, French and English. Furthermore the user can choose, regardless of the selected language any currency available on the site for his/her purchases.
Payment methods accepted by Parmashop include Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Paypal, Bank transfer, COD and wire transfer.
For credit card payments, cards will only be charged upon delivery.
For bank transfers, goods will only be delivered after Parmashop receives a copy of the bank receipt by fax confirming payment. If payment confirmation is not sent within three days from receipt, the order will be cancelled.

Parmashop informs the user that list prices not in Euro are displayed According to the daily exchange rate.
Payments are made based on the most updated exchange rate between foreign currency and Euro.

Any customs fees are at the customer's expense.
Goods are delivered by express courier or postal service. Perishable food products (such as cheese and charcuterie) are ONLY shipped by express.
Delivery service is guaranteed worldwide. Products purchasable from the the basket are always available. Goods are always shipped from our offices in Parma.
Parmaitaly.com guarantees that with order confirmation the goods will be shipped, usually, within 48 hours from the order, on working days.
Customers are required to provide quickly Parmashop, the courier, Customs Offices, or any other entity involved with the logistics of the order with any information or personal information needed to allow a prompt delivery of the order. Products will be shipped by UPS and Poste Italiane. Delivery times vary from 24/48 hours to 10 days according to shipment method.
For islands and remote locations for which couriers require an additional charge, Parmashop, prior to delivery, will let the client know the extra charges to be paid, in order to receive confirmation.
To ensure the quality of our products during the summer non perishable products are shipped on Thursdays and Fridays so that they remain firm in the warehouses of the couriers. The shipments are postponed to Monday.
Customs duties and charges
PWhen a shipment is addressed to a country outside the European Union, the goods may be subject to customs duties and possible taxes.
Every cost and request concerning the customs clearance will be borne by the recipient.
In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (wrong address and / or phone number of the recipient, repeated absence of the recipient) Parmaitaly-Shop Srl will keep the full amount of the order.
Credit card purchases are regulated via virtual POS guaranteed by a 128 bit digital Verisign certificate. Therefore, data is encoded and secure and, consequently, confidential.

In the case of perishable products must be packaged using the refrigerant in the package insert Parmashop opporunamente refrozen.
