Damaged packaging or missing items
If upon delivery the parcel is damaged said delivery must be accepted with reservation (in Italy and in the European Union you can also refuse the delivery).

Please remember that by law the right of withdrawal applies to all non-perishable goods.
You cannot return:
- goods which can deteriorate quickly or which have a short shelf life (food, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks);
- sealed products which are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons;
Unsatisfied customers may request a REFUND (D.Lgs 22/05/99 n. 185) via written communication within 14 (fourteen) working days from product receipt including: reason for refund, product identification, order number and bank information (bank, branch, a/c number) addressed to

The product should be returned, at the expense of the customer by courier to: Parmaitaly.-Shop srl, Via Mantova 79a, 43122, Parma, no later than 14 working days from receipt of goods.
The refund will take place 'by bank within 14 days of receiving notice
