Il Frutto is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of supreme quality. Its taste is vibrant and pleasant, with a delicate fragrance. This is a refined oil, whose aroma is slightly fruity, perfect to combine with simple and delicate dishes, to create great recipes.
It is obtained from Sicilian olives (Nocellera, Belice and Biancolilla), that are harvested by hand and pressed within 48 hours in order to keep their integrity, bottiling is carried out at the moment of the order, in order to guarantee a fresh product throughout the whole year.
Oil can be defined “extra virgin olive oil” if all stages of production take place at a temperature below 27 °. Cold pressing allows to maintain the physical and nutritional characteristics of extra virgin olive oil unaltered and to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics.
The Coppini company was born from the ambitious ideas of Amèrico Coppini who wanted to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather who produced extra virgin olive oil in Pistoia. He decided to revive an activity full of love and passion: riding his bicycle, he let people taste his extra virgin olive oil. In 1946, together with his wife Anita, he founded Coppini Arte Olearia.
There are no olive groves in Parma, the Coppini family therefore decided to include the product traceability on the label to ensure transparency to the consumer.
Kosher Certification: This is the certification that attests that our extra virgin olive oil has been produced in compliance with the religious rules underlying the diet of the Jewish people.
It is perfect with a salad of artichockes and salmon, cereal soups, first courses with meat, risotto, whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce, bresaola, grilled meat and it is fantastic raw on a Fiorentina steak or on a slice of bread.
How to store it: the ideal temperature to store olive oil is between 12° and 18° C. It is necessary to keep oil far from heat sources.
