This 100% Coratina oil is perfect for dressing all types of salads, from simple leafy vegetables to more complex ones with cheeses, fruit and nuts, but also for dressing steamed or baked vegetables. Add a few drops of balsamic vinegar or lemon juice to balance the flavors.
