A delicious and characteristic preserve produced according to an ancient Cremonese recipe with candied fruit dipped in sugar syrup flavored with mustard essential oil.
Fruit in varying proportions (peaches, pears, clementines, kiwis, papaya, cherries), glucose syrup, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, mustard flavor; Acidifier: E330; Dye E127; Preservative: E220 (sulfur dioxide).
