A special Italian cake, which mixes a cream based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, a product of excellence. It is made using only the grapes must from the Estate Malpighi vineyards, which has been kept for at least three years in ancient Malpighi family barrels.

Colomba di Acetaia Malpighi with Cream with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is delicate on the palate; the cream with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP leaves a slight acidulous note that does not prevail over the rest, perfectly contrasting the sweetness of the dough and the upper covering, made with sugar grains and whole almonds.
