Made from cooked grape must and aged in fine wood barrels, this aged balsamic condiment has a unique and enveloping flavor, perfect for enhancing even the simplest dishes with elegance and tradition.

This precious product is made by the Acetaia Al Livel, in Gualtieri, in the province of Reggio Emilia.

The grapes are ripened and harvested on the farm, then pressed; the must is cooked in steel vats and aged in fine wooden barrels in the farmhouse attic before being bottled and packaged directly in the vinegar cellar.

The result of this passionate work, handed down from generation to generation, is a product with a unique and unforgettable flavor. It adds value and personality even to the simplest dishes.

Obtained using ancient techniques, rich in tradition and experience.

Recommended with Parmigiano Reggiano and mature cheeses, to enhance an aperitif platter; perfect on risottos, as well as on strawberries and other berries
