In Italy, you can also pay cash on delivery, paying the amount directly to the courier in cash. All payments are processed through secure and certified platforms.

For fresh or easily perishable products, we use thermal packaging, such as polystyrene boxes or eco-friendly materials. When necessary, we add dry ice to ensure proper preservation during transport. This allows us to maintain product quality even in the hottest months or for international shipments.
Absolutely! You can send your purchases as gifts, with the option of adding a personalized message and choosing one of our gift cards available online. We never include the invoice in the package ( it is only sent by email to the sender). We also recommend visiting the "Gifts" section and, during the holiday season, the "Christmas" and "Easter" categories to find ready-to-give boxes and baskets.
It is possible to modify or cancel an order, but only if it has not yet been prepared or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone, indicating the order number. Once the order has been entrusted to the courier, it will no longer be possible to make changes.

The procedures may vary depending on the courier and the country of
destination. As a rule, a second attempt at
delivery is made on the next working day. If this attempt is also unsuccessful

If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, accept it "with reservation" and report the problem to the courier immediately. Check the contents as soon as possible and, in case of damaged products, contact us within 24 hours attaching photos of the package and the items. We will endeavor to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Customers residing in the European Union are entitled to return products within 8 days of receipt, provided they are intact, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate the return process, please contact us by email or via the contact form, indicating the order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions.
Yes, we issue invoices for every order. If you would like an invoice made out to a company, please ensure that you enter all tax details correctly, including your VAT number, during the purchase process.
