Unique, artisanal, and local. These are just three of the many adjectives that could be used to describe this honey Millefiori Paradiso honey by Allodi Apicoltura.

It is called "Paradiso" because it is produced with nectar from the Ailanthus, a tree that reaches very high heights and, for this reason, is called the Tree of Paradise.

This product is a very slow-crystallizing honey, because it has a slightly lower sugar concentration, which gives it a much broader aromatic range.

Its delicacy makes it suitable for preparing many different recipes, adding a slight touch of sweetness without altering the flavor.

It is also a perfect accompaniment to cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano and aged Pecorino.
