100% Italian olive oil of superior quality obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means, produced in Liguria by the historic oil brand of the province of Imperia, active since 1930.
Cold-pressed, unfiltered oil. A squeeze of olives!
In fact, the only ancient method for obtaining the first oil is by gently pressing selected, freshly harvested olives.
According to tradition, the olives are pressed on the same day they are harvested in order to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of this precious fruit.
The secret of this excellent product? Sunny land overlooking the Ligurian sea, "Secolare" olive trees, skilled hands working with experience, large stone millstones that turn tirelessly, pressing the freshly harvested olives.
The oil can be defined as extra virgin olive oil if all stages of production take place at a temperature below 27°C, i.e. cold. Cold pressing also allows the physical and nutritional characteristics of extra virgin olive oil to remain unaltered and preserves all its organoleptic characteristics.
Perfect for adding flavor to salads, pasta dishes, and vegetables, both cooked and raw, as well as meat and fish. Delicious in its simplest and most traditional use: a few drops on a slice of bread!

The optimal storage temperature for olive oil is between 12 and 18°C: it is necessary to keep the oil away from heat sources
