Obtained directly from the native vineyards owned by Acetaia Malpighi in the Modena countryside, and wine vinegar produced in-house, aged in oak barrels handed down from generation to generation.
PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is the result of knowledge and tradition closely linked to the production area.
Only here, in fact, in these lands with a typical climate consisting of harsh winters, hot and humid summers, and mild springs and autumns, could this recipe have been conceived.

A completely natural product with a rounded yet distinctive flavor, free from colorants and additives.
The velvety and balanced taste of this "Gold" PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena makes it an ideal accompaniment to strong-flavored dishes such as foie gras, zucchini flower fritters, and meat carpaccio, as well as more delicate dishes such as peach chutney, sushi, and sashimi. The most traditional pairing is still with Parmigiano Reggiano PDO flakes and fresh fruit.
