Salame Bites del Cavalier Umberto Boschi are a delicious version of the traditional Salame di Felino PGI, prepared with pure Italian pork, black peppercorns, and Malvasia dei Colli di Parma wine. Made with the finest minced meat, they are hand-tied and briefly aged, perfect for appetizers and flavorful platters.

The Bocconcini di Salame these are a more appetizing and less demanding version of the classic Salame di Felino PGI. They are produced with the same mixture, composed of pure Italian pork, to which a little salt and black peppercorns and Malvasia dei Colli di Parma wine are added.

To create this unique mixture, Cavalier Umberto Boschi he uses only the cut called trito di banco, a precious cut - about 1.5 kg is found in each pig.

Finally, the Bocconcini are stuffed into casings, tied by hand with natural fiber twine, divided into "chains" of 4 pieces, and hung for a brief aging period.

Due to their size, they are suitable for both adults and children and can be eaten as an aperitif, sliced, after removing the rind, with flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, or accompanied by a delicious Giardiniera, all paired with our sparkling wines that cleanse the palate of their richness. Or as a snack together with their inseparable companion, bread.

In Parma, it is usually enjoyed with micca, Parma's common bread, which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
