The Organic Caciotta di Urzano it is an excellent cow's milk cheese, soft and short-aged.

It takes its name from the place where it is produced, Urzano, a charming village in the Parma Apennines, is home to the dairy (with its own herd of cows) that produces this delicacy.

The Bruna Alpina and the Rossa Reggiana are two prized breeds that produce superior quality milk and give the caciotta a unique and distinctive flavor.
