The Bonat Farm creates this Iltalian excellence with good antique methods, and with only the essential and genuine ingredients (milk, fire and rennet) in a complete cycle (from hay for cows to cheese seasoning). It takes 14 liters of milk for one kilo of Parmigiano-Reggiano.

How to store:
