The Farm Bonat produces what has been called the best Parmigiano Reggiano in Italy. Made with milk from its own cows, fed with hay produced on the farm (from a century-old permanent meadow, which gives the milk and therefore the Parmigiano its unique aroma) and processed in-house until it is marked as Parmigiano Reggiano.

The entire production cycle is therefore strictly artisanal.
