Right of Withdrawal

If the package is damaged, accept it with reservation or refuse it (in Italy/EU). The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers who make purchases from a European Union country. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 business days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, fill out the form below, indicating:

• Name (optional).
• Order number.
• Email.
• Products to be returned.

Conditions for cancellation:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for incorrect or defective products). A refund will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the return.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL(Art. 59 of the Consumer Code):

• Goods that are made-to-measure or clearly personalized.
• Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly (cheese, cured meats, fresh pasta, and artisanal pastries with a short shelf life).
• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.
