Damaged box or missing products

If at the delivery the box is damaged, the Customer has to accept its under reserve - (in Italy and in the EU Customers can also reject the delivery).
The Customer must check the box and, in case of missing or damaged products, he/she must communicate the problem immediately, by sending pictures to the Customer Service at info@parmashop.com. Parmashop do not accept claims after 7 days from delivery.

Right of withdrawal
For whatever problem the Customer can contact the Customer Service at info@parmashop.com According to the law, the right of withdrawal can be applied to non-perishable goods. It is not possible to return: products that can deteriorate or go off quickly (food, including alcholic and non-alcholic drinks); sealed products that cannot be returned for sanitary and hygienic reasons; products that have been opened after delivery. The Consumer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days after the receipt of the goods, without a specific reason, according to article 49, comma 1, lett. h D.Lgs 6 September 2005, n. 206.
The period of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the delivery of the order.
In order to excercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform about his/her decision to withdraw from the present contract through an explicit delcaration (for instance via mail, fax or e-mail). The Customer can fill the attached form out (though it is not mandatory) or just send an e-mail to info@parmashop.com. In this case, Parmashop will confirm the receipt of the request of withdrawal via a durable medium (for example via e-mail).
In order to comply with the terms of withdrawal, it will be sufficient for the Customer to send a communication related to such right before the period of withdrawal is expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal from the contract, all payments made will be refunded. These include shipping costs, but not the additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice to use a different shipping method than that selected by the Seller. The Seller will refund the payments using the same method of payment as that used by the Customer to place the order. The Customer will not incur any additional cost as a consequence of such refund. The refund will be suspended until the receipt of the goods and verification on the part of the Seller. The Customer is kindly asked to return the goods within 14 days from the declaration. The costs for the return of the goods will be charged to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling the same other than that required to assess their features. (Fill the form out and return the same only in case of withdrawal)
