Acetaia Al Livel is a historic producer of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia, located in Gualtieri (RE). The company scrupulously follows the traditional method: it uses cooked grape must, fermented and aged for years in rows of fine wood barrels, taking advantage of the natural temperature variations of the Emilian vinegar cellars. Quality is guaranteed by the PDO process and a deep connection with the territory and local gastronomic culture
