Saporoso Oro it is a condiment for Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI aged in oak barrels for 8 years: a product of world excellence known throughout the world.

This prestigious condiment is made from an excellent quality raw material: Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes, typical of the Modena vineyards of the family farm "Tenuta del Cigno", located just outside Modena.

The grapes from the vineyards are gently and slowly pressed and cooked over a direct flame.

The result of these initial stages of processing is the must, the base and essence of all products with unique organoleptic characteristics Acetaia Malpighi.

Only after 8 years after resting in oak barrels, this precious condiment becomes "Oro"!

The result is a product with a rich, intense aroma and a clear brown color, with a sweet and sour flavor and hints of wildflowers, herbs, and cooked mustard, dedicated to those who seek original, high-quality products perfect for the most advanced gastronomic research, where innovation blends with a thousand-year-old culture.
