Saporoso is a dressing with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, one of the greatest excellences of Italian cuisine.
The Dressing with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI was awarded with the 2021 Luxury Lifestyle Award in the category of the Best Luxury Balsamic Vinegars in the World.
Saporoso, the dark condiment of the Acetaia Malpighi Collection, received the Luxury Lifestyle Award 2021 in the category "Best Luxury Balsamic Vinegar in the World". Indeed, the products which better embody the idea of luxury in the field of design, taste and hospitality are awarded every year with this important prize. Some examples are Chanel, Dom Perignon and Ferrari.
The product is obtained from cooked grape must and aged for a minimum of 6 years in precious oak barrels. Its taste is smooth, full-bodied and versatile.
It is an original product that fits perfectly into the most advanced gastronomic research, where innovation, culture and knowledge come together to create a unique product.
It is composed of cooked must of local grapes (Lambrusco and Trebbiano) of excellent quality: the typical Modenese grape of the family farm "Tenuta del Cigno" of Acetaia Malpighi, located on the outskirts of Modena.
The grapes from the vineyards are subjected to soft and slow pressing and cooked in large steel pots.
Aged in fine oak barrels, handed down for generations by the Malpighi family, for at least 6 years in order to achieve the characteristic dark brown colour and full-bodied but balanced flavour which has made it famous all over the world.
The full-bodied and harmonic taste makes the Saporoso the perfect dressing to be used in the kitchen: it completes vegetables, meat, game, as well as gourmet recipes. Traditionally, it is used to accompany Parmigiano Reggiano PDO.

How to store it: : It is highly recommended to store it in a dry and dark place. Please, avoid important temperature variations.
