Raineri oil is a filtered, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil with an unmistakable yellow color and clear appearance. It is a 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil with a subtle flavor. Your table will be graced with a delicate, pleasantly fruity oil, carefully measured and selected to maintain the highest quality. The oil is obtained from 10,000 prized olive trees, and Raineri oversees every stage of production, from harvesting to bottling.

The oil can be defined as Extra Virgin Olive Oil if all stages of production take place at a temperature below 27°C, i.e. cold.

Cold pressing also allows the physical and nutritional characteristics of extra virgin olive oil to remain unaltered and preserves all its organoleptic characteristics
