The Panettone Chiostro di Saronno is produced according to the traditional recipe, based on slow natural leavening, and all the ingredients, from flour to milk, eggs to butter, candied fruit to yeast, are natural, fresh and genuine, free from preservatives and colorants.

The Panettone it can be enjoyed in many ways and literally at every meal: for breakfast, filled with jam or dipped in cappuccino, to accompany a sparkling aperitif, at lunch and dinner as a delicious dessert with zabaglione or whipped cream and a sprinkling of bitter cocoa. It can also be used as a base for creating gourmet desserts with a twist, such as cheesecake and tiramisu

Appearance: Tall, thin and inconsistent rind, yellow crumb.
Color: Bright yellow, orange.
Aroma: Sweet, intense but balanced.
Taste: Sweet with a pumpkin flavor.
