Caseificio Storico Amatrice

Caseificio Storico Amatrice

Born in the unspoiled mountains of the Lazio Apennines, Caseificio Storico Amatrice represents a resilient excellence of the Italian dairy tradition. Founded by the Petrucci family over 50 years ago, it was reborn after the 2016 earthquake, continuing to produce high-quality cheeses with local milk and a short supply chain. On ParmaShop you will find an exclusive selection: from the award-winning Pecorino di Amatrice Ma-Trù, certified PDO ( ) and De.Co (Denominazione Comunale), to the classic and intense Pecorino Romano PDO.

Each product embodies history, territory, and craftsmanship, offering the authentic flavor of one of Italy's most renowned areas. A taste experience that celebrates the true Made in Italy through unforgettable aromas and textures.
