Deliziosa was founded in 1992 in Noci, in the heart of Puglia, thanks to Giovanni D'Ambruoso and his passion for the local dairy tradition. The company makes the most of the best raw milk from Puglia, turning it into fresh cheeses, burrata, mozzarella, semi-aged PDO cheeses, and lactose-free and organic specialties. It combines craftsmanship, innovation, and a focus on sustainability and certified quality, and now exports to over 25 countries around the world.
