Its origins are thought to date back to the Middle Ages, or even to Etruscan or Roman times.

Although it is known as a rather fatty product, in this case the selection of top-quality meats, together with processing at controlled temperatures, has allowed for a reduction in the amount of fat.

The unmistakable aroma of Mortadella Bologna comes from the combination of carefully selected meats (shoulder and minced meat) and the skilful combination of spices and natural aromas, a unique and inimitable mix.
