"Signore degli Ulivi" - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The oil "Signore degli Ulivi" it is a rustic, sincere, and immediate extra virgin olive oil, with an aroma that invites you to taste it and a clean and tasty flavor that expresses tradition and culture. The oil is obtained from 100% Italian olives of the highest quality, from Apulian (Coratina) and Sicilian (Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice) varieties. The olives are harvested by hand and pressed 48 hours after harvesting to maintain their integrity.

These techniques and the absence of any form of high-temperature treatment help to maintain the organoleptic characteristics such as flavor, aroma, and color. The oil obtained has a sweet taste with a slightly spicy almond aftertaste, which goes well with savory foods, further enhancing their already intense flavor.

This is a cloudy, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil for those who prefer a more rustic oil.

This oil has an excellent balance between spicy and bitter flavors. It is excellent as an accompaniment to many meals and creates a distinctive flavor with a strong personality.

Oil can be defined as extra virgin olive oil if all stages of production take place at a temperature below 27°C, i.e., cold. Cold pressing also allows the physical and nutritional characteristics of extra virgin olive oil to remain unaltered and all its organoleptic characteristics to be preserved.

The Coppini company was born from the ambitious ideas of Amèrico Coppini who, wanting to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather who produced extra virgin olive oil in Pistoia, decided to revive a business rich in tradition and passion. Amèrico would ride around on his bicycle offering people a taste of his extra virgin olive oil, spreading the food and wine culture that was so dear to him. In 1946, together with his wife Anita, he founded Coppini Arte Olearia.

There are no olive groves in Parma, so the Coppini family decided to include product traceability on the label to ensure transparency for consumers.
