Borgolab

Borgolab

Borgolab is an artisan workshop located in Borgo Val di Taro, in the heart of the Parma Apennines. Specializing in the processing of Borgotaro mushrooms, the only certified porcini mushroom in Europe, the company offers fresh, dried, and processed products, such as sauces, trifolati, and preserves in oil. It runs an authorized collection center with over 400 registered pickers and a production area of 1,000 m². In autumn, fresh mushrooms can be purchased directly from the Baita di Borgolab, located in Gotra. The company also promotes educational experiences and guided tastings in the woods, in collaboration with expert mycologists.
