The Ariola vineyards lie on the first hills overlooking the fertile Po Valley, between 220 and 300 meters above sea level. The quality of the loamy-clay soil, its slope, which is ideal for good drainage, and the orientation of the rows, which enjoy a very gentle exposure to the sun, create the ideal conditions for the ripening of healthy, fragrant fruit, the main secret of Ariola's great wines. At the Ariola estates, the harvest is carried out using innovative methods that also respect the most traditional customs. The grapes are harvested with extreme care to keep the precious contents of each bunch intact during pressing. The must is stored in large vats, allowing for optimal fermentation, giving life to the wine that is then aged, refined, and bottled.
