The Otello NERODILAMBRUSCO is a Lambrusco Emilia I.G.T. of extraordinary character, recognizable for its color: impenetrable red, the fine perlage and the intense aromas of wild berries, ripe cherry and wild violet. On the palate, it is velvety, enveloping and with a finish persistent, making it perfect for accompanying traditional dishes from Emilia, such as cotechino, zampone, lasagna and mixed boiled meats. It also pairs elegantly with fine cured meats how to Culatello di Zibello and Prosciutto di Parma, and is best enjoyed with aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano.
