This dairy is located in an uncontaminated environment and uses milk from small farms of mountain where cows can feed on special herbs and fodder, which give the milk its unique aromas and flavors.

Every evening, the milk produced on small farms is transported in cans to the dairy, where 22 wheels are produced each day. These are then left to mature in special rooms, always in the mountains, for at least two years.
