Parmaitaly-shop Srl guarantees that with order confirmation the goods will be shipped, usually, within 24 hours from the order, on working days.

We use vacuum storage containers and synthetic ice for food in order to guarantee the preservation of perishable goods. Products will be shipped by Fedex, DHL, UPS .

Shipment:
To ensure the quality of our products during the summer non perishable products are shipped on Thursdays and Fridays so that they remain firm in the warehouses of the couriers. The shipments are postponed to Monday.
Non-perishable goods: all working days
Vacuum packed cheeses and cold cuts:

Europe: winter (every day), summer standard delivery (Mon. - Tues. - Wed.), express delivery (Mon. - Tues. - Wed. - Thurs.)

US and other countries winter (every day), summer standard delivery (Mon.), express delivery (Mon. - Tues. - Wed.)

Delivery time (Working Days):

Upon shipment you will receive an email/SMS from the courier with the data to track your delivery online. Delivery to islands and remote locations could take longer than indicated.
Customers are required to provide quickly Parmashop, the courier, Customs Offices, or any other entity involved with the logistics of the order with any information or personal information needed to allow a prompt delivery of the order.

Non-delivery
In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (wrong address and / or phone number of the recipient, repeated absence of the recipient) Parmaitaly-Shop Srl will keep the full amount of the order.
