Soft, tasty and dark jelly, with a characteristic bitter-sweet taste, excellent for finishing cheeses but also white or red meats.
The Saporina jelly is a condiment based on natural fruit pectin and Saporoso, the dressing with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI obtained from cooked must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes produced by Acetaia Malpighi.
It is an tasty and soft jelly, very versatile to prepare recipes; you can create gourmet dishes or finish any recipe by giving a refined and sophisticated touch.
The “Saporina” jelly is suitable for all types of cheeses, fresh and aged, for cured meats and the typical gnocco fritto or tigella. It is excellent if combined with pears and figs and to give an extra touch to desserts.
