Of all the honeys that of Acacia is the most delicate, presenting itself with a very light yellow and almost transparent colour. It has a very low crystallization rate and remains liquid for a very long time due to a higher concentration of fructose than glucose.

The scent of Acacia honey is light, tending towards floral and vanilla, while on the palate it shines with sweetness and an almost non-existent delicate persistence that cradles the ingredients with which it is combined.

Its delicacy makes it suitable for preparing many different recipes, adding a slight touch of sweetness without distorting its flavour.

It is also a perfect match for cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano and aged Pecorino.

How to store it: Keep in a cool and dry place away from heat sources. To be consumed preferably by the expiration date indicated on the capsule.

  • Appearance: Not very thick.
  • Colour: Very light yellow.
  • Smell: Light vanilla, floral.
  • Taste:  Sweet but not persistent.
