Balsamic Vinegar Sua Bontà Nera – Gran Riserva it is Acetaia Lucenti's most prized condiment.

The vinegar is obtained by slowly cooking the must obtained from an ancient vineyard, now two hundred years old, located near the Secchia river valley, which the Lucenti company has lovingly preserved.

Only after years of waiting does the condiment mature in the barrel, reaching the right balance between sweetness and acidity.

The entire production process follows the rules of tradition and nature, which is why it is not necessary to add thickeners, colorants, sulfites, or preservatives.

It is bottled directly on the premises of the vinegar factory in prestigious bottles, which are then placed in an elegant box that acts as a treasure chest for this precious product.

Harmonious and dense, this vinegar is recommended raw on tortelli or cappelletti, Parmigiano Reggiano or strawberries, grilled shrimp. Ideal as a digestif at the end of a meal
