The 1850 seasoning stands out for its full-bodied yet delicate taste, giving it the versatility suitable for various uses in the kitchen. It is ideal for enhancing dishes based on vegetables, meat, or game, turning simple preparations into authentic gourmet delights. However, its most traditional and unbeatable use remains its pairing with flakes of PDO Parmigiano Reggiano.
