The dressing with White Truffle is produced using the White Dressing “Prelibato” mixed with extract of white truffle, which gives a special note to the product and makes it unique. The result will give extra taste to your recipes! 

In order to make this precious product, Acetaia Malpighi drawn inspiration from the centennial experience in the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, and followed the same production techniques. 

The result is an original dressing, born from high-quality ingredients and which will surprise you for your recipes!

The aroma of the Dressing with White Truffle matches perfectly with light recipes: this way, the truffle will be the real protagonist of the dish. For instance, a good pair could be with egg pasta (fettuccine or tagliolini) dressed with butter and Parmigiano, tartare, tortelli with pumpkin and veal cutlets.

How to store it:  It is highly recommended to store it in a dry and dark place: Acetified must of white grape, extract of truffle, natural aroma of white truffle.
