This Parmigiano Reggiano PDO from organic farming it is a natural product that respects the environment and animals. Its production is eco-friendly, as only natural products (milk, salt, and rennet) are used without the addition of preservatives. Processing takes place in boilers and containers specifically reserved for organic processing and therefore separated from other production processes.
