The secret of our art lies in a slow and gradual leavening process, naturally completed over thirty-six hours. This process ensures our baked goods possess an irresistible fragrance and perfect texture, while preserving the sweet traditions that define us.

Colomba can be enjoyed in many ways and literally at every meal: at breakfast, stuffed with jam or dunked in cappuccino, to accompany a glass of sparkling wine or at lunch and dinner as a delicious dessert with zabaglione or whipped cream and a sprinkled with bitter cocoa. It can also become the perfect base for creating revisited gourmet desserts, such as cheesecake and tiramisu.

How to store it: keep in its well sealed bag in a cool and dry place.
